Learn sausage making start to finish. Start by picking your meat (Pork or Chicken & Turkey). Then it's off to meat breakdown and grinding. Pick from our flavours or make your own. We help you mix by hand and send it through our sausage machine.

We are working with local farmers to bring you a brand new workshop. This will teach you how to break down and get clean cuts from a bison, as well as get the full yield.

We are very excited to introduce a new workshop featuring a full breakdown of a whole pig. All the portions and all the cuts are taught by our very own butcher.
Sessions average 3-4 hours and feature of small class sizes. Perfect for anything from corporate team building to family events. Food and beverages are provided and you keep what you make, so bring an appetite.
